Natural History Museum

The Natural History Museum in South Kensington always has such long queues that I had been avoiding it until recently. It's worth the wait; not for the natural history, but for the architecture: history on the outside, ultra-modern cool on the inside. The cultural barbarian that I sometimes am, I couldn't help to think how awesome it would be to bring in a DJ at night and start a party ...

Have you tried the earthquake experience? It's kind of strange to know that it's only a tenth of the actual force

Oh, I didn't know they have an earthquake experience. Though I've had my real earthquake experience a couple of years back in Delhi. Nothing too bad, like 4.3 on the Richter scale but hooooo it was a weird thing to realize that an apartment on the 19th floor is pretty much a deathtrap.

The stairs are super cool. This is what I imagine a teleport should look like!
